Returns & Refunds

All artworks are final sale.

Due to the unique and collectible nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

We encourage you to carefully review the artwork images, description, dimensions and other details before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, our team is happy to provide additional information or images before you purchase.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Every artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. If your artwork arrives damaged, or you receive an artwork different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Authenticity

Every original artwork purchased through Art Sauce Studios is accompanied by an Art Sauce Studios Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the artist, artwork details and provenance.
