Welcome to Art Sauce Studios. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Art Sauce Studios website and your purchase of artworks through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Art Sauce Studios

Art Sauce Studios is an online art gallery representing and showcasing original artworks by independent, emerging and established artists.

We curate artworks for collectors and art lovers and facilitate the purchase and delivery of selected works.

2. Artwork Information

We make every effort to ensure that artwork descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

Please note that original artworks are handmade and may contain natural variations, textures and imperfections that are part of the character of the work.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Prices & Payment

All artwork prices are displayed in PKR, unless otherwise stated.

An artwork is considered purchased once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Art Sauce Studios.

Shipping is calculated separately because costs vary depending on the artwork's size, weight, packaging requirements and delivery destination.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide the applicable shipping cost and payment details.

4. Shipping

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping arrangements and costs vary by artwork and destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.

5. Returns & Refunds

All artwork sales are final.

Due to the unique and collectible nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an artwork arrives damaged or you receive an artwork different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging.

6. Authenticity

Original artworks purchased through Art Sauce Studios are accompanied by an Art Sauce Studios Certificate of Authenticity, where applicable.

The certificate identifies the artwork and artist and confirms the artwork's authenticity as represented by Art Sauce Studios.

7. Artwork Availability

Because many artworks are unique originals, availability may change quickly.

An artwork may not be considered reserved until payment and order confirmation have been received.

If multiple customers attempt to purchase the same unique artwork at approximately the same time, Art Sauce Studios reserves the right to honour the first confirmed purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Art Sauce Studios website, including photographs, videos, written content, logos, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to Art Sauce Studios or the relevant artist, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use this content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Artist Rights

Artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed.

Purchasing an original artwork gives the collector ownership of the physical artwork only. It does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the artwork.

10. Website Use

You agree to use the Art Sauce Studios website lawfully and not to:

use the website for fraudulent purposes;
attempt to interfere with or compromise the website;
copy or reproduce website content without permission;
provide false or misleading information when placing an order; or
use the website in a way that may harm Art Sauce Studios, its artists or other customers.

11. Website Content & Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely up to date.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and modify or remove website content where necessary.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Art Sauce Studios will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, natural events, technical failures or other events outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
