Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Every artwork purchased through Art Sauce Studios is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. Because our artworks vary considerably in size, weight and framing, shipping is calculated individually for each order.

Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days of receiving payment for the artwork.

Once your order is confirmed, we will calculate the most appropriate shipping option based on the artwork's size, packaging requirements and delivery destination.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is not included in the artwork price and is calculated separately.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you with the applicable shipping cost and a payment link. Your artwork will be dispatched once the shipping payment has been received.

Pakistan

We ship artworks across Pakistan. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the artwork and delivery location. You will also have an option to Pick up from Lahore. 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations. International shipping costs are calculated individually based on the artwork's dimensions, weight, packaging requirements and destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the collector.

Damaged in Transit

Every artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving Art Sauce Studios.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Art Sauce Studios cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
